I have too much beef liver in my freezer. If anyone (or anyone's parents) like it, please let me know. It is from a cow that was oh naturale. I do not want to throw it away or let it get freezer burnt. *You can make pate out of it for beef wellington. Please help me utilize Mr. Cow; afterall he did have eyebrows.
Actually, I also have some billionaire cow from Telluride. Again, he was all natural. they are packaged differently, so if you believe you are what you eat, you might want his liver. let me know please.
